About Spirit Walk USA
Our Mission
Spirit Walk USA, is a chance for everyday Americans to test their limits. Spirit Walks are an opportunity for competitors to answer the question, "Can I take one more step?"
How Spirit Walk works
The concept is easy:
- On a specified date and time, Competitors/Walkers gather at a predetermined starting point. A predetermined route of approximately 100 miles will have been planned.
- When prompted, Walkers start walking and have two minutes to establish and maintain a walking speed between 2.8 and 4 mph.
- Walkers are not allowed to drop below 2.8 mph or stop for any reason during the walk, without facing elimination.
- There is no finish line.
- The competition is over when there is one Walker remaining.
Who can walk?
Men and women 21+ may register to participate in Spirit Walk. All participants must be ambulatory.
What is the route?
Routes for Spirit Walks are provided to participants, spectators and media on the day the walk begins.

Prize
